2 years with youuuuuuu

2 years since this happened :')

Ever since you've entered my life, I would say you've changed me into someone better, a better person for you. Thank you for being my motivation and constant encouragement whenever I feel down. Thank you for accepting and embracing me for who I am. Despite our differences, I'm so glad that you're willing to make sacrifices and compromise in order to make me happy. Thank you for taking the leap of faith to ask me out 2 years ago. Thank you for choosing me out of so many. I'm so so so so so happy that I've found the one for me. It was the best decision I've ever made  :') 

Preparation for the next lap

So I'm still happily enjoying my 2 weeks break before school starts and it feels so goooood to have nothing much to worry about. But all these is gonna end in a few days' time cos schools starting next week :'((( Glad that I only have a 3 day-school week but then again I know once school starts, I'll get Super busy worrying about everything.......
So this is a photo dump post showing what I've been up to this 2 weeks heheh
1) Looking for nice books to read. Working in the library definitely reignited my love for reading! And I've decided that I should put in more effort in spending time to read instead of spending time on the phone/computer! Also as book depository had a discount! I grabbed the chance to order some books hehe!

   

2) Bringing my mum out! It's been Long since I had to time to bring her out shopping (thus the fitting room OOTD shot) so we finally went out tgt! Even went to JB which we bought so much within a short time due to the tantalising exchange rate 😂

3)Met up with the BFF! Can't believe we have never watched a movie tgt even though we  are friends for 10 years already! Finally watched one tgt but this woman had to fall asleep in the middle Hahahaha! It was a good night nonetheless!

4) Dental visits where my Dentist kept telling me to remove my upper right wisdom tooth! But it's not infected or aching so I don't really want to go through the whole process of wisdom tooth removal again..

5) Phoon Huat baking lessons with Michelle! It was really cheap considering that we each pay $55 but get to bring a while blackforest cake and 10 buns home!! But it's a really idiot proof class cos you basically just follow what the Chef instructs you too. And it's usually quite chaotic so you don't really know what you are doing. But he Chef helps you out and some things are prepared for you already. And at the end of the day you still get Yummy cake and bread! Would really consider going again if there's interesting classes!!

6) Spending time with my Shun! No words needed!! Always feel a different kind of happiness whenever I'm with him :')

7) Attempting to lead a healthier lifestyle cos office life really makes you fat!! Hahaha so more yoghurt less snacks and more exercising!!

Beyond Blessed

Tonight my heart is extremely full and I'm feeling beyond blessed. For I know that, he will always be there for me no matter what. From telling me that I have a big butt when I wear certain attire to  always insisting on sending me home. I'm truly blessed to be the one who you're willing to show your truest form to.

Last day of internship!!

Legit can't believed I completed my internship! I still remember the time when I got called for this internship, I was actually feeling pretty dejected from the internship hunting process.. so I was telling myself not to set my hopes high.
I remember leaving the 14th floor of national library telling myself that I won't be able to secure this internship..and since I already started my holidays then, I told myself to go do happy things!! Like going to Muji and going to get this big cream puff from Raffles City basement. Then I decided to head home... but little did I know, I got a call from NLB telling them that I got accepted! I was legit so so so so happy cos that would mean I do not need to hunt for another job, and most important I finally secured myself an internship, in a government sector.
Fast forward 2 months plus later, I just feeling really really thankful for this opportunity to work with all the people I've crossed path with. I was given opportunities for many events and most importantly, I felt happy doing what I was doing. I definitely gained much more knowledge about how everything works in a government sector and the various departments that go about behind the libraries. And of course, I've grown as an individual and I'm so thankful for the friendships with our nice supervisors!!!!

So so glad to be part of this and till the next time!!!
